Interpretation of Tongues (1)
‘I tend, I tend, as a Shepherd I tend. As a Shepherd, I am tending you. I am tending you. Even by the light of My face. By the calibrations of the light I am sending forth I am tending you to come to the place where the Daystar arises. I am tending you by the light of My face, which is My grace. I tend you by My grace. Even yet now again I am tending you. I am causing the light of My face to shine upon you. It is My way of tending you, it is My way of shepherding you, it is My way of leading you into the light which is My God’.
Message Begins
John 5:30 - I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
Christ is higher than the present; this includes the beings of the present. Qualification of height is by reason of the being. Cherubims are high beings, and they excel in strength. Jesus is higher than the cherubims. He is a Being of the new order and so He is higher than anything one can phantom of the present. He is the fullness of the world to come.
Christ is the measure of the world to come, but the Son of God is the fullness of the world to come. Nothing in the world to come exists outside the Son. He upholds all things by the word of His power (Hebrews 1:3). Upholding has to do with the arrangement of things in the world to come. He holds all things by the word of His power. This word is the word of oath, it is the power of the endless life (Hebrews 7:16).
When a man breaks into this circle of life, he keeps getting life unending. Eternal life is not everlasting life; but life in its height. Each height of life opens one into another sphere of life. Eternal life is such that you keep finding life; God has an ever-increasing life.
Isaiah 40:28-31 - Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
To faint is to decline, to be weary is to be spent and to be worn out. If God increases them who have no might, it means God is an ever-increasing strength; strength here is life. God constantly renews life, and He does so in increasing measures. Eternal life is to keep finding higher measures of life.
This Scripture describes the zone where the only begotten Son is. This is a zone of no depreciation, a zone of everlastingness, a zone of surpassing. God always surpasses any revelation we have known of Him (Ephesians 3:20). The covenant that runs Eternal life is of the nature that has neither beginning nor end, it just keeps running, and each circle surpasses the previous.
Romans 11:33 - O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
Unsearchable means unending. Anything that does not have the nature of surpassing or an ever-increasing flow is not eternal life. We will keep hearing and learning eternal life even in the ages to come.
God and the Lamb are the light of that city because they illuminate the city (Revelation 22:5). There will never be darkness there, that is, there will never be a time when They are not shining/radiating eternal life. There will be no time when the city will not be awake in the flow of eternal life. In that city, His servants behold His face and have His name (Revelation 22:4); and it is this light they reflect to the nations of the earth.
What does the Son judge? The Son judges as He hears (John 5:30). To judge is to discern; to measure one up to what is being heard. To hear the voice, one must have installations within him. ‘As I hear, I judge’; this statement means that He strives to comprehend what the Father is saying. This judgment does not refer to judgment upon men. Judgment is discernment, appraisal, and this judgment is necessary so that He can give His heart to what the Father says. This is important, because this saying of the Father is what translates to the making of the Son. As He hears, He tries to discern the will of the Father.
Isaiah 7:15 - Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
There is a good in Christ and also a good in God. To judge is to discern, to know, to refuse evil and choose the good. This judgment is crucial so as to be able to measure up with what the Father has spoken; which is His will. The primary will of God comprises the good, acceptable and perfect. The will of God is key in fulfilling the heart of God. For this reason, we must grow in judgment, and growth in spirituality is needed.
‘All things’ are in two folds: things of Christ, which are ‘all things new’ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and things of God, which are ‘all things of God’ (2 Corinthians 5:18). Christ is made up of all things that are new, while the begotten Son of God consists of all things that are of God.
Things of the present heavens and earth can never be found in Christ. The things that were spoken to Jesus that made Him Christ are new things, things that are not of the present, thus, angels were not able to discern Him and this made them lacking in the inward configuration to discern Him, and so they cannot judge Christ. This is because Christ is beyond them, and beyond the order that governs them.
Hebrews 2:5 - For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
Christ is the measure of the world to come; the begotten Son of God is the fullness of the world to come. A natural man cannot judge the present earth or the heavens, the things in his view are beyond his understanding. The Son judges as He hears; He hears all things - the things that are new and the things that are of God. Judgment is required for effective hearing.
Jesus attained an estate that made Him capable of judging, this estate is the stature of resurrection and life. It takes the new man, which is a man made by all things new to judge the things of God. A man made up by the things that are present (carnal things and all things old) cannot judge all things new.
Satan is a carnal being. Carnality isn’t just fornication and fighting; those are works of the flesh. Satan cannot commit fornication or commit idolatry, because he does not have flesh.
Carnality is measured by a man’s inability to receive from God (Romans 8:7). A carnal man cannot receive the things of God. Things present are not carnal but natural. Natural does not necessarily mean physical. Heaven is natural to angels, just as the sea is natural to whales. The present heaven and hell are natural abodes for spirits. Hell was created for spirits. Soul and spirit can go to hell, but the body does not. Likewise, the spirit and soul can go to heaven.
Carnality is an estate below the natural. Satan is not natural anymore, because he left his own estate, and became a perverted being, a doer of evil; demons and spirits are carnal.
Romans 1:26-27 - For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
These are men who fell below the natural; that is carnality. Works of the flesh are the lowest estate of carnality. A carnal man is one who is not and cannot be subject to the law of God (Romans 8:7). The salvation process begins at turning the carnal man into a supernatural man; not merely natural. God never desires that man be natural, though we may use the natural. Recall Jesus’ experience with His disciples after resurrection (John 21:5). We must use the natural and not be used by it. As we use it, we must focus on inward change. Though He was a Son, He did not break the law of nature. Sons of God never break the laws of nature. Hence Paul always encouraged the saints to submit to law/authority (Romans 13:1-2).
A carnal man is carnal in his soul. The milk of the word is introduced to a carnal soul, to make him supernatural. It takes a supernatural man to be able to receive supernatural things, which are the things of Christ – things that are new. The zone of the supernatural teaches the soul that there are things that are new to be received; this further enables the soul to receive spiritual things. It is a supernatural man that can discern spiritual things.
Faith in the Lord Jesus and love for all the saints makes the soul supernatural. Supernatural is not walking through walls or on water but living above the dictates and fears of the natural. A supernatural man is one who does not consider the winds and clouds to sow (Ecclesiastes 11:4) and that is faith.
This does not mean that one denies the natural, but that we see beyond the natural to the extent of not considering it. For example, Abraham did not deny that that his body was dead or the deadness of his wife’s womb, but he did not consider it (Romans 4:19). A supernatural man dwells in a reality that is beyond the present.
We must exercise ourselves in not considering the natural, in order to receive the spiritual; this is because the High priest is not only spiritual, but Divine, Eternal. The journey into eternal life is to take the soul from spirituality into being eternal. This is accomplished by the word of oath.
The word of faith movement teaches the saint into becoming supernatural. It raises you beyond the five senses. A natural man is bound by his five senses, and so cannot receive the spiritual. The milk of the Word trains the soul, by giving it the faith sense which awakens the soul beyond the natural.
Faith is very crucial in a believer’s journey. Experiences will come that will shake one and cause one to lose peace, but faith will keep him going. Faith in the Lord Jesus and love for all the saints are the instruments the Lord uses to turn a carnal soul into being supernatural. Spiritual things will not be committed to a man that is not yet supernatural. Being spiritual does not negate being supernatural. We do not neglect a state in God because we’ve grown into something higher. When you become supernatural, it forms a fabric of your soul, and you do not leave it.
1 Corinthians 3:1 - And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
Hebrews 5:11-13 - Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
A babe is a carnal Christian and needs milk to make him supernatural and then, he can receive spiritual things. A man has not heard until he has understood and can respond to what he heard (Hebrews 2:1). If you do not take heed to the milk of the word, you will not receive spiritual things and if you do not receive spiritual things, you cannot receive eternal things. Profiting with what is heard is a requirement for hearing greater things. Jesus received a configuration/law that made Him incapable of doing anything outside what the Father is doing (John 5:30). He received this law by hearing.
1 Corinthians 2:7 - But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
The Wisdom of God which is spoken in a mystery is Christ. Christ is wisdom, righteousness, sanctification (1 Corinthians 1:30). The hidden wisdom of God which is a mystery is first communicated in Christ. This trains the soul in judgment, making it ready for the hidden wisdom of God. This mystery was ordained by God before the world, for our glory. That is, this wisdom is for glory; Christ in you the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).
1 Corinthians 2:8 - Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
The princes of this world are not mere men, but princes in high places yet they could not know this wisdom, which was hid in Christ. Even the good princes do not have access to this wisdom of God and cannot understand the mystery contained in Christ. The word ‘knew’ is the same word interpreted as intercourse. This means that these princes could not intercourse with this wisdom yet Timothy could know this wisdom, through the revelation of the Holy Scriptures (2 Timothy 1:5; 3:15).
Jesus judged as He heard. This hearing is what John kept telling the churches in the book of Revelation, “he who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches”. Paul also admonishes us to heed the voice if we hear it (Hebrews 3:15).
‘It’ referred to in the scripture above (1 Corinthians 2:8) is a mystery, it is a wisdom, and it is Christ. Christ is the wisdom of God. The hidden wisdom of God is the wisdom of the world to come. The display of the manifold wisdom of God is the hidden wisdom of God. This is the wisdom that raised the only begotten Son of God.
1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
‘Eye’ in this scripture refers to eyes within and without. The things prepared are for those that love God. Only Christ can love God. He is the new man. The new commandment is the commandment of loving God and loving the brethren (1 John 2:7). To pass from death to life is to live by the love commandment (1 John 3:4).
The things God has prepared are all things that are new. The natural man and the supernatural man do not have what it takes to love God. This is because to love God is a commandment and the natural and supernatural man does not have the capacity to do this commandment. Loving God is doing His commandment (John 14:15).
In Psalm 103:20 and Exodus 19:5; ‘my covenant’ means ‘my commandment’. The princes have not done this commandment; therefore they cannot see the hidden wisdom of God, expressed in Christ; although they might have obeyed certain commandments of God.
Jesus became the hidden wisdom of God, meaning that He accessed the code of eternal life. He was built by this wisdom (Proverbs 24:3). The High Priest is a high tower built up by the hidden wisdom of God, into which the righteous must run for salvation. Eternal life and salvation lies only in the begotten Son of God. He is the high tower that secures the house of God.
1 John 2:7 - Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
This commandment is a new commandment; it is the new commandment that Christ did, the commandment of the new creation. Cherubims are part of the old creation. This commandment is the commandment of the new world, the new order; therefore, cherubims do not have access to it. They might be anointed cherub, but it takes the anointed one, the Christ of God to receive the things of God.
Charity introduces you to the love of Christ. The love of Christ is in two folds: the love of Christ, which is charity, and the love of God which is in Christ. Joseph, when he knew Mary was with child, thought to put her away privately, but an angel of the Lord appeared to him commanding him not to, he obeyed and he was called a just man. Commandment will alter your nature.
God might place certain demands on a man and expect him to yield in obedience as proof of his love for Him. Sacrifices and service are commandment of love. The path to following God is by walking in love, as Christ loved us (Ephesians 5:1-2). Though Christ gave Himself for us and loved us, He was doing it for God. The High Priest, the Begotten Son of God was raised by commandments.
Those who have been prepared by love are those that can see, hear and enter the things God has prepared (1 Corinthians 2:9). Love is an installation in the soul. The soul comes into an estate where it can judge like the Son of God (John 5:30). Anytime you walk in love, something of God is installed in your soul.
We will judge angels. Judging in this sense means we can tell the make-up of their being. To judge angels is to be meek and be able to serve them. For now, they serve us, but then they will serve with us in the world to come. Now, they encourage/aid us to enter the world to come, when we arrive there, we will not forget their labours; we will still give them honour and regard. If we who are carnal cannot forget men who helped us, in their own time of need, how much more when we come into the world to come.
Interpretation of Tongues (2)
‘Even beyond your words I have spoken, even beyond your words I have worked much more. For you see, I am bestowing the things that pertain to the realm of excellence. For your see, I have laid before My people the excellent way. I beseech My people that you walk in the excellent way. This is the excellent glory, the high priest is the minister of the realm of excellence. Now I am giving strength to offer the realm of sacrifices. And you see, I command meekness in the heart of the saints that all in all might be submitted to the High Priest. For your see, I have travelled, I have journeyed far above, I have earned the more excellent name, and I want to share with you. And I demand that you obey in your heart to this excellent word’.
Message Continues
Loving God is an installation to see, hear, and judge what enters your heart (1 Corinthians 2:9). Jesus loved us and gave Himself as a sweet savour that can be received into the most holy. He is the only sacrifice that God will receive into the most holy place, He is the one who has fulfilled the commandment of loving God. This sacrifice is not something given, but one that is done, it is a commandment that opens the way into the holiest. It is a commandment of love, a commandment of entrance.
God only reveals the things that pertain to the begotten Son to those that love Him (1 Corinthians 2:10). Those who have profited with the commandment of Charity, He heightens the law for them into loving Him. When such a one loves God, He brings him into the realm of all things. ‘All things’ refers to all things new; all things of Christ but there are also deep things of God, which the Spirit searches out, this is the hidden wisdom of God.
1 Corinthians 2:11 - For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
The things that make up a man (soul and body) is known best by his spirit. The brain does not know the man as much as his spirit. A wise man never claims to know himself. The spirit knows his tendencies, weakness, strength, can tell his alignment and when he is in disorder. The spirit knows what the man should be doing at a particular time. This is why we are admonished to pray in tongues, we pray till we break into the understanding of a matter at hand; knowing exactly what God wants us to do.
1 Corinthians 2:12 - Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
The spirit which is of God referred to in this scripture is not the Spirit of God, but the substances of God; and is also the Spirit of Christ. This Spirit qualifies us to know the things that are freely given to us of God. The spirit of the world is an operation; a working of the world. Partaking of the Spirit of God is the enabler for us to know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Revelation 16:13 - And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
The spirits that enter the mouth are not just literal, but a working, an installation; the same understanding goes for the Spirit of Christ.
John 6:63 - It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
This Spirit is a working of God which is an operation of Christ, it enables the soul to know the things of the High Priest, the begotten Son of God. This is the operation of the life that is in Christ Jesus. This Spirit is received through hearing and obeying. It is the Spirit of adoption into Christ, to prepare us to come into God. It is the Spirit of life, which is of God that makes us know; without Him we cannot know.
We keep receiving the Spirit and life of Christ until He dwells in us (Romans 8:9). The Spirit of Christ is the Spirit of life (Romans 8:2). The Spirit of God is eternal life. The things freely given to us are the deep things of God. Christ is of God (2 Corinthians 5:17-18).
1 Corinthians 2:13 - Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
Only spiritual things (things of Christ) can be used to compare the spiritual (things of God). Comparison is usually between things that are close in nature. Christ is the only thing that can be compared with God; He is the closest to God. Cherubims cannot be used in comparison with God. Christ is the likeness of God (Godliness). The Son of God is the express image of God.
Pastor Tosin Gabriel
These are commandments of life, to prepare us for eternal life. The commandment of eternal life is high. You would not sit on the throne until you have been delivered of yourself. Jesus is the first eternal servant of God. Can your soul come to an estate where you will never have the ability to choose for yourself? This is the prerequisite for sitting on the throne. The High Priest came to perfect sanctification for us.
