Receiving Law of Everlasting Life Part 2
Pastor Tosin Gabriel
Interpretation of Tongues 1
“I am come, I am come to bring unto you an announcement. I have come to proclaim upon you and unto you, even the breaking of the waters. I have come to proclaim the breaking of the waters; I have brought a broken waters. I have broken the waters upon you; I just broke a water upon you this day. This day, water is broken. It is a come, it is a call to come also, even another call to come. To come to the waters of oath, for it is broken upon you this day. It is a new one, it is a new dawn, a new entrance, a new opening, a new manner, for it is the day of our God and this day must be proclaimed; the things, the activities of this day must be proclaimed. Therefore I call you all to come into oath, to enter into oath, to come into oath, for the day is upon you,the day is standing upon you. The day stands in your midst, the day is come to you and the water is broken; this water is broken upon you, even as a people, as an assembly. This water is now broken upon you,” saith the Lord Jesus.
Witness
The Lord was rolling away heavy burdens from people while the worship was ongoing; the Lord has rolled away all the weights this present world has laid on you to inhibit your journey.
Oaths are higher than covenants; there cannot be oaths out of covenants, but oaths are the end of the covenants. Oaths are not without swearing.
Oath is the ministration of eternal life.
Hebrews 2:17
Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
The ministration of His faithfulness is to dispense everlasting life; but that of mercy is to administer eternal life.
The warfare we have been facing is against entrance, but God wants us to enter oath.
While we are still journeying to perfect Christ, the Lord opens a new curriculum (everlasting life) to empower us to complete that life of Christ. Everlasting life is an empowerment to complete the Christ life. The Christ life has been made clearer because of the Everlasting Life light. Likewise, when we journey to perfect everlasting life, eternal life will begin to open up.
Revelation 22:1
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
When the river flows, it flows in a descending manner, such that from the source, it is eternal life, but as it moves further, it steps down to become everlasting life. All these step downs are to permit and enable sojourners to come up.
This river in the above verse is eternal life, and it will proceed from the Throne.
Ezekiel 47:9
And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.
Rivers are sources of power. When water is broken (Revelations 22:1), understanding is released; when understanding comes, there is life.
In the tongues, we also heard ‘city’; this water will flow through the city,
Psalm 46:4
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
This river that makes glad the city of God is eternal life.
Psalm 46:5
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
That is the tree of Life that is in the midst of her.
Message Begins
The theme of KAS is "The perfect law of liberty", and the essence of that law is to make us perfectly liberated (Hebrews 8:10). The law of everlasting life is the perfect law of liberty.
Before a soul can enjoy the perfect law of liberty, he must have first of all received the law of liberty. That perfect law of liberty is the law of everlasting life.
There is no life out of law; nature is life. The reason we cry when we forgive those that offend us is because we are shedding a life. Why it takes time sometimes is because unforgiveness has been our life; it is what we use, it is our familiar ground. Therefore, what makes a man not to forgive is his law.
Law is a nature and the expression of a life; there are laws governing what we are doing. What makes the dog crawl is a law; no matter how much they try to stand on two legs, they still have their law. Christ's law will give us liberty, but the Father’s law will make us perfect in every good work.
The Father does not want to hear anything less than perfection; His job is to make us perfect. The first time God appeared as Father in the Bible, His first demand was perfection. There was a time He appeared as Lord, and what He demanded was to come out.
Genesis 12:1
Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
What will make us not perfect is our father’s house; we need to get out of it first in order to arrive at the proper perfection curriculum.
2 Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
The Lord that spoke in the book of Genesis above is the Lord that spoke here.
Genesis 17:1
And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
What He was demanding as the Almighty God is perfection.
2 Corinthians 6:18
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
God Almighty is the manifestation of the Fatherhood of God and what He demands is perfection.
Matthew 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
To make us perfect, He has to introduce us to the perfect law of liberty.
James 1:18
Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
The word begat in the above verse represents being born again by the word of God (the word of truth), which is the incorruptible seed. Hence, how He becomes our Father is by the word of Truth.
1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.
The word of Truth is the incorruptible seed and the essence of it is to save our souls.
James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
There is a condition we must have in receiving this word, and that is the posture of meekness.
Psalm 25:9
The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
Christ is not yet the way; His ways are what the doctrine of Christ prepares us for.
James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
The engrafted word is “able”; it has the potency to save a soul. The secret of the saving of the soul is the incorruptible seed, which the law will give.
Ezekiel 36:27
And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
“My law” is My Spirit.
Romans 8:9
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Not having the spirit of Christ does not mean they do not have the Holy Ghost in their spirits; it means that such men do not have the law in them. This world is a grave (Psalms 91:3); it has caged men and it has promises in it.
2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
To depart from iniquity is to depart from this world; that is where we and the world do not meet.
2 Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
The unclean is this world. The Holy Ghost is God; therefore, the spirit of Christ is the law of Christ. The Spirit of God is the law of God. We have the incorruptible seed, but when we received it, we did not know.
Matthew 13:31
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
The law of God is the spirit of God, and He is a person (the Holy Ghost), but He is given as a law: the engrafted word.
James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
The incorruptible seed speaks; it gives judgement.
Matthew 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
The perfection of God is not the perfection of men; the requirement is that we should be as perfect as God Himself is perfect. How can this be?
Luke 1:35
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
That Holy Thing is the engrafted word. To make us virgins (as Mary was), we need Christ. Mary is a virgin. Only then will the Spirit of the Most High overshadow us.
1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
That engrafted word is the seed; that is the law.
In Kingdom Bible Study, we saw that what we are learning in the new man is in our spirit; but in this season of everlasting life, the nomenclature of our spirits would change to that born of God. We would come to a time where we will not necessarily hear a voice; we would just know what we should do. At this point, we would have acquired His mind (1 Corinthians 2:16); we would know when to be quiet. In responding to that, we are obeying that law.
Men do not always have to hear voices before they sin. We all have been tempted and we know that temptation is in judgement and in knowledge.
When we see money lying around, if we ask the Lord if we should take it or not, He believes that He has trained us in so much judgement to know what to do. He would not respond to such a question; He has taught us by judgement.
The Father is perfect. The perfection of God is that He is incorruptible, undefiled and unfading. Therefore, if scripture asks us to be perfect as our Father in Heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48), it is asking us to be incorruptible, undefiled and unfading. That is our inheritance (1 Peter 1:4).
Every law is an inheritance. The Father is embedded with laws that make him incorruptible, undefiled and untemptable.
James 1:13
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
What makes God unable to be tempted are laws in HIm. In Christ, there is a liberty we get: the liberty from sin (Romans 6:18). When we obey Christ, we would get to a point where we are free from sin; this will be our testimony.
Romans 6:17
But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
That doctrine is the doctrine of Christ.
2 John 1:8-9
Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
That form of doctrine is the doctrine of Christ. We are meant to abide in it; that is how we will have God.
2 John 1:9
Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
The doctrine we are to obey from the heart is the doctrine of Chrst and it has the power to make us free from sin. Inside every doctrine is a law.
Proverbs 4:2
For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law.
What every doctrine communicates is law. Hence, the gospel of Christ is meant to form in us, the law (the spirit) of Christ. The spirit of Christ is the nature of Christ that makes us depart from iniquity.
The perfection of the Father is incorruptible, undefiled and unfading. Another word for His perfection is His holiness; another word for it is salvation; that is the divine nature.
When the Father receives us, He will give us His law; that is the perfect law of liberty which can makes us perfect as He is. By the Father's law, you can be as perfect as He is. When the law is done with us, what is at work in the Father will be at work in us; that is when we are the express image of His person.
All the Father demands from us this season is simply obedience. Even if you fail at it, get up and keep obeying.
Romans 6:18
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Freedom from sin is not freedom as we know it; our freedom is attached to servanthood. As we serve righteousness, we are being made free from sin: we will enjoy the life in righteousness by being servants of righteousness. We cannot be said to have liberty if we are not servants of righteousness. Each time we do patience, we are serving righteousness.
Romans 6:19
I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
These are all dimensions of laws. Holiness is when we can bear all things, endure all things and believe all things (1 Corinthians 13:7). If we do not believe all things, we are not yet holy. We must serve righteousness until we have holiness. This holiness is not the holiness of God; this holy man is a godly man.
Romans 6:20
For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
Romans 6:18
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Being made free from righteousness, they became servants of sin. In essence, no man can be free from service; the law of liberty makes us free from sin and sells us unto slavery to righteousness.
The perfect law of liberty is what makes us perfect servants of God and perfectly liberated from the enemies of God. There are enemies of Christ and enemies of God. A man can be free from the enemies of Christ and not be free from the enemies of God. the enemies of Christ are sins, while the enemies of God are hell and death.
1 Corinthians 15:26
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
Through the incorruptible seed, this enemy can be destroyed; it will train us to overcome them, and how this is achieved is when our covenant with them is disannulled. Covenant is in service. May we not serve sin, hell and death! The secret is in service. Liberty is freedom, such that they cannot reach us.
The perfect law of liberty is the giving of divine judgement, which is to help us gain judgement to defy judgements of corruption. Judgement is training and understanding.
The perfect law of liberty is what we must continue in so that we can know which is good and which is evil. There are things we used to do and were comfortable in, but are now discovering that they are evil. Do not fight it; it is your season of growth.
