Interpretation of Tongues 1

"It's a gushing, I am bringing healing in form of a gushing, I am bringing healing to you, I am bringing healing to devotion, to affection that has been damaged, I am bringing healing as a gushing that many of you may come to bask in it, for a season of healing is opened upon you, there is a season of healing opened upon you, a song of healing is being sang over your atmosphere that many may come to bask in the healings that the Lord brings."

"I perceive strongly in my spirit that a certain measure of increase in the atmosphere of the Spirit is come by reason of that which the Lord did in Lagos, certain of those things are flowing down."

 BECON 2022 exalted our Lord Jesus Christ by showing forth His beauty and it also gave me hope that I can be like Jesus. Pastor Tosin said many things but one of the things he said is that there is a question that has been before creation which is an everlasting question which has been since ages. God helped Moses to give expression to this question. Jesus Christ is the answer to ‘Who is like God?’

Revelation 15:3

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

Moses asked a question and there was finally an answer. Jesus Christ is the answer to the everlasting question.God wants to unveil Himself to man despite being so high and He wants man to come up to Him. The essence of our creation is to behold the unveiling of God and every day must count in beholding the Lord as He unveils Himself. We have a portion in God and we need to race into ‘Who is like God?’ If not, we will race into the knowledge of who is like the beast. It is either we go for God or we go for His adversary.

Revelation 13:4

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 

There is no passive posture of heart, for if we don’t learn the ways of God, we have chosen the way of wickedness. The way Jesus answered ‘Who is like God?’ is the same way a category of people will answer ‘Who is like the beast?’

Deuteronomy 29:29

The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. 

God doesn't want this question to remain unanswered forever, and this is why He is unveiling Himself. God is in a class of His own because of His nature, which is His Holiness. In this season, God is committing Himself to a people,  so we too can be partakers of His Holiness.

Hebrews 12:10

For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

It is possible to capture the doctrine but it must not be captured outside its manner of life. I could see the manner of life of our ministers during Convention.

The sinlessness and deathlessness of God is what makes God God and He wants to share it with us.

Psalm 25:14

The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and He will shew them His covenant. 

We can only be a partaker of learning the Lord when we fear Him. The secrets of the Lord are deathlessness and sinlessness. We must come to the point of fearing the Lord before we can partake of His nature. Christ makes us prepared for more of the Lord. The process of coming to the estate of sinlessness and deathlessness is becoming a charity man.

Pastor Tosin made us see that BECON ‘22 is not just a theme but a season and nature that a people must come into.

‘Who is like God?’ is a quest. It was sung in Exodus and ended in a question.

Exodus 15:11

Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? 

Exodus 33:20

And He said, Thou canst not see My face: for there shall no man see Me, and live.

God is bringing so much opportunity to us and He has charted a course for us to come to the end of this quest. This question was answered in our Lord Jesus Christ who is a mediator between God and man.

1 Timothy 2:5

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Revelation 15:3

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. 

Moses had a quest and hunger for God. it was beyond letters for Moses, it was his life.

‘Great and marvellous’ represent everlasting works; while ‘just and true’ are for the eternal nature which is the answer to the song of Moses. ‘Who is like God?’ is in the person of our Lord Jesus Christ. Those who can sing the song of the Lamb are those who have come into this estate. God wants to reveal Himself and wants us to know HIm and He wants to give us a portion of Himself but we have to quest, such that it becomes what we hunger for and long for.

The Lord is heralding us to let us know that a people will come to this estate of ‘Who is like God?’ and by mercy, may we come into this estate.

Proverbs 18:10

The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. 

We must run to come into this estate.

1 John 3:9

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

God wants to birth us a people that will come to the estate of sinlessness and it is possible. When we see the possibility, we will go for it. There will be a demand of that which the Lord has spoken over us for us to come to this estate. We must be willing to lay down our lives for the life of the Lamb. When we have been swallowed up by this ambition and pursuit, we will be willing to lay our lives down. It becomes our life, such that we won't fall short of it. No matter what is brought on our way, we are not to turn, because this is our destination.

God wants man to be like Him, and we are in the season where God is more than willing to accomplish His eternal purpose for man.

1 Corinthians 2:11

For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 

This Spirit is being poured out in these days. ‘Who is like God?’ speaks of the person of God and what makes God unique is His sinless nature and His deathless nature i.e. incorruptibility and immortality. Whosoever will be like God must be incorruptible and immortal like God. The song of Moses according to Exodus 15:11 has been answered in Hebrews 1:3.

Who is like unto Thee, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like Thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Rev. Kayode Oyegoke: The Leading of the Great God

We saw how a carnal man can be raised to become the Son of God. Reverend started with the stages of the leading of the Holy Ghost. Reverend said that we don't receive the fullness of the Holy Ghost at new birth. Rather, we receive the Holy Ghost according to our age. He related the fullness of the Holy Ghost to wine. We drink more of the Holy Ghost as we grow in the Spirit with respect to our age. There is just one Holy Ghost with different operations and manifestations based on our age. The beginning of the Holy Ghost starts with babes, until they become children and then grow to be perfect men.

1 John 2:12

I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. 

As a babe in Christ, we are carnal. Carnality is not a sin but a stage. We must not tarry here but follow on in the leading of the Holy Ghost till we become children. Lamb talks of the stage we come into as we move away from carnality. Children are lambs that are led by the Holy Ghost to become sheep.

John 21:15-17

So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love Thee. He saith unto him, Feed My lambs.  He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love Thee. He saith unto him, Feed My sheep.  He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me? Peter was grieved because He said unto him the third time, Lovest thou Me? And he said unto Him, Lord, Thou knowest all things; Thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed My sheep. 

Then we have the everlasting flock and also the eternal flock of God. We are being born unto the world to come. We are being prepared for the world to come in this world.There are stages of leading and stages of wine in the Spirit.

Eternal life is a Person and not a place; both physically and spiritually. There are lands in the Spirit but Eternity doesn't dwell in any of them for Eternity comprises 3 entities which are the Godhead. This shows and tells us that eternity are entities and not a place.

Proverbs 8:24-31

When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet He had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.  When He prepared the heavens, I was there: when He set a compass upon the face of the depth: When He established the clouds above: when He strengthened the fountains of the deep: When He gave to the sea His decree, that the waters should not pass His commandment: when He appointed the foundations of the earth:  Then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him: and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him;  Rejoicing in the habitable part of His earth; and My delights were with the sons of men. 

This talks about before creation. What the Godhead wants us to inherit as Eternal Life are Persons. The real gospel of Eternal Life speaks of Persons, not a place. The leading of the Lord teaches us to value and appreciate persons more than things. This is how we must learn to appreciate persons, not things and this same pattern also surfaces in learning of Eternal Life.

The essence of leading is to appreciate persons than things.

Proverbs 8:30

Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him 

This shows that if we continue to look for Heaven, we will not get Eternal Life. Both physically and in the Spirit, we are inheriting Persons and not things; so we must value persons more. The learning of the world teaches us to value things above persons and this is why our leading teaches us to value persons more than things.

Matthew 16:26

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 

We will keep being led to appreciate persons until we can eventually value the Persons of the Godhead.

Interpretation of Tongues 2

“It's truly spoken, correcting your sighting, correcting your seeing again, your values, for the power of the beast is that he has taught men to value that which is temporal even that which is ephemeral. He has caused him to glory in his vanities, he has caused him to find strength and joy in that which is of the present even that which he can hold, touch; even that which is tangible, superficial; that which pertains to the earth, to his comfort. It is this sight that has caused him to be earthly even hellish, to journey down to hell, journey into the place of the unknown but I am causing you by the reason of sight to be resurrected again that you might see things that are lofty."

"For this inheritance is admist them that are sanctified together, so this inheritance is found in your relationship with your brother, your sister, how you handle one another even this is your salvation. To preach a salvation that teaches against this is to preach damnation; even to bring you a salvation that preach against this is to bring you damnation. For the enemy will bring a salvation teaching, but in it's core is 'the value of things' not of 'persons'; it will be the value of things of the earth, it will be how men can still be earthy, even in longevity of their days but yet it will be devaluing of persons. But true salvation will teach you to love your brother; to love him even in his weaknesses, excesses. It will teach you to lay down your life. For this is Our life and this is the life that We break down to you even in Christ, Father and God. It is a life of love, not for things, but for one another. He that loves is the one that is born of Us even he that loves to the outermost is the one that is born of Us. I want to reborn you again."

I can see in my spirit the Lord saying to certain persons, "Let money be the least that will cause an offence in your heart. For if you are unfaithful with unrighteous mammon, how do we deliver unto you true riches, we want to give to you true riches, everlasting things, but a soul can not serve two masters; it's either he honours one or despises the other. Love is the langauge, expression of Our life. We know how living you are in how loving you are; everlasting life is everlasting love and eternal life is eternal love," saith the spirit of the Lord.

Bro Sayo Makinwa

Reverend Kayode Oyegoke said that this is a mountain where we are to be fed and hearing sister Gbemi say that this is a demand for our lives, that God is at stake and so we have to run into these things, I saw that there is no longer time.

Reverend spoke on leading, trying to divide the flock of God. The lambs are fed together, but responses differ. Some people would hold on to milk so much and would not want to let go. (John 21:15).

Romans 8:6-7

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 

The carnal mind is not one who has not received the law of Christ; it is rather the mind that has refused the law of Christ.

In illustrating the concept of eternal life, Reverend Kayode made use of the grape fruit as an example. The grape fruit has flesh and blood within, apart from the branches. This shows the place of the Trinity in one, within eternity. However, Reverend also spoke of the tree of life, that the reason why God had to hide the way to it, is that He knew that a man can partake of that tree of life with the wrong stature.

There are lambs who receive milk and use it well, those who don't use it well, those who proceed to the stature of Christ and then those sheep racing into salvation. It is dangerous for a man to refuse the words coming to him from milk to meat; if he does that, he builds a stature until he becomes the antichrist. There is no room for slacking; it is dangerous to hear these things and not yield to them. What motivates us should not be the fear of death; it should be the joy set before us.

In ETS 2.0, Reverend Busuyi made us know that it takes the love of God to race to the end. We can't do it by our strength. Reverend also spoke of the evil day and standing in that evil day.

Ephesians 6:13

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 

It takes the armour of God to stand; some people would be warriors against the evil day. That evil day is what some men can be afraid of, but Reverend made us see that that evil day is needed to establish everlasting warriors in order to complete the works of God.

1 John 1:6

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 

1 John 1:5

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.  

The truth is the inoculation against the evil day.

If the truth consists of everlasting works, it means they are a set of laws. Those laws are meant to delete some laws within us. By obeying the new laws as against the laws already in us, these new laws are being written in us, so we can be qualified to receive the laws of the true.

Ephesians 6:17

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 

The helmet of salvation means that our minds have been renewed with the thoughts of salvation and that is what controls what we do. If we are able to see the evil day as a leverage and an advantage, it would be easier to bear the hardness that season (of the evil day) entails. If we can't wait for the season to be over, we most probably would not be able to last the whole stretch.

2 Corinthians 4:18

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 

The things seen are not just the things we see with our natural eyes; they consist of the things of the present. This present creation is an illusion. When we think of the trees and water in eternal life, we are speaking of Beings. Hence, if this present creation is an illusion, that takes us to 2 Peter 3:11

2 Peter 3:11

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness 

That detachment from things and valuing persons more is the holiness and godliness being referred to here.

1 Corinthians 7:31

And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away. 

How God often achieves this is in placing those things beside the things that really matter, asking us to choose. May we always use the tests that come to us as a leverage to deny the temporal things and move to things eternal (AMEN).

Believers convention was a shift to move us to another level in God. This can be attached to the labour of our parents; what we have heard before now was a thrust to enable us to understand what was taught in BECON.

God’s servant spoke on the phases of leading, concerning those that can be led. We are all a flock of God, but flock differs according to age: there are the flock of the Holy Ghost, the flock of Christ and the flock of God. Among the flock of God, there are also the lamb, the sheep and the sheep (John 21:17). The measure of the Holy Ghost we received after new birth was according to what we could take because of our stature. A lamb is a babe in Christ that needs to be fed.

John 21:15-17

The Holy Ghost qualifies us for the doctrine of Christ which would make us free from the law of sin and death. Christ would further push us to receive the perfect law of liberty; that is a sheep. Only a sheep can receive the laws of God. As we are being led, we are being fed. We cannot separate the place of leading from feeding. We are being fed the things of God all through our journey, and it depends on our level in the race. Responding to the Lord differs from responding to God. Only mature saints can respond to the law of God; but it takes sheep at the first level to respond to the laws of the Lord. How we can define who a man is, is by his measure of understanding of the Scripture. That is how we determine the age of a man in the spirit.

A carnal man is one who has not been exposed to the doctrine; but a carnally minded man is brutal: he has received the things of God but refused them.

Are we lambs, sheep (at the first level) or sheep (at the second level)? We are not going to rate ourselves, the Holy Ghost would do that.

The amount of the substances of God that we take determines how far God can lead us. To arrive at the point where we can judge accurately, we must be able to gulp in a whole lot of food. We should hasten up to feed; we must eat because the time is short, so we can come up to the realm where God can lead us.

Romans 8:14

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 

If we are not led by the Spirit of God, we are not yet sons and only sons can receive the allocation of God.

John 17:3

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. 

Eternal life is about Persons; Jesus always spoke of His Father, and never heaven (John 14:8-9). The world to come is not a place; the Godhead Themselves are the world to come; that is what the doctrine of Christ, of the Father and of God are all about. In the last days, a certain kind of people will perpetrate the earth, and that is why another kind of people have to be raised.

Ephesians 6:13

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 

Doing all to stand is in climbing to the full stage of life by feeding, which is in labouring in doctrine.

The only true God is God Himself. Truth is the inoculation against iniquity. Satan has blindfolded men to think that sinlessness is impossible, but our pursuit is that we may stand on earth as a people who are sinless and holy! When we receive an accurate interpretation of sin, the fear of it will dissipate. We will eat the meat of God and His Christ, so we can arrive at the state where sin no longer has a hold on us.

The army God is raising is emerging. An enlistment is going on in the Spirit, so we may stand in the evil day. That day is upon us. We should see that evil day as a leverage and an opportunity.

2 Timothy 3:1

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 

We must be able to see those days as a leverage. When we think of soldiers warring, we shouldn't first think of things we fight outwardly, there are things within us which we need to overcome within. Let us see the limitations of our souls as household enemies (Micah 7:6). Let us come with a measure of determination to stand against things that are not in sync with incorruptibility. Let us offensively deal with those things! Don't just be defensive; be offensive!

We make war with the choices we make; and that is why judgement is coming so we can choose good as against evil, that we may not only love righteousness, but also hate iniquity. Even in the trade world, people place more value on the skills these days than the personality; but it is more difficult to learn the personality than the skill.

Prayer:

Lord, may we rise in judgement!

Personality is in the soul. The quality of a man's person is known in the state of the soul. When speaking of the Lamb, we aren't really speaking of His physical definitions; we are talking of the laws within HIm. Likewise, the substance of our souls is what determines our persons.
